“What’s going to wear against them is their past,” Olsen tells THR about Kensi and Deeks’ bumpy road ahead.
It’s the best of times and the worst of times for Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen) on NCIS: Los Angeles.
In Monday’s crossover episode of the CBS procedural, NCIS’ Tony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly) drops by and needs the team’s help in tracking down a missing suspect before Gibbs (Mark Harmon) gets wise to the situation.

I’m not sure how I feel about this. Both things can be an appealing story with lots of possibilities if they are done right, but of those can co horribly wrong, if the writers/creators overshoot it.
Please, not too much drama, that just doesn’t fit the show and the characters. We all need emotional and dramatic episodes and scenes for our favorite characters, just dear creators, please dont overdo it. (I know, it’s useless, but maybe someone reads this :))
Of course they dont read this.
I hope this episode is all tears and the “heart of cream”: I’m very tired of seeing Martin Deeks treated as if he were an idiot. I want him to remain a cop and go away from NCIS and he finds a woman who prepares him breakfast, not the opposite! I the “Densi” can not stand them.
Please, writers & autors!
Excuse my English.
Hi from Roma.

First, do we have any idea when the IA investigation episode is going to air? I saw pics on instagram with Kensi, Talia, and Jada, so that arc for Sam will be coming up, and next week (I hate it when we skip weeks) is the episode with Sam’s former partner. There were also pictures of the Christmas episode being shot, so I’m wondering where it all fits.
I am hoping that the IA episode is mostly relationship based and the team proves Deeks’ innocence as the main push for the episode (like they did for Sam in SEAL Hunter). I think we’ll get some great backstory with Mama Deeks and Kensi standing up for her man. I think we’ve pretty much been spoon fed details on the IA investigation: Deeks’ former partner being murdered, the Citadel Security lady (sorry, forgot her name) saying something about that one time Deeks got revenge, etc. With Granger digging in, along with Hetty, Nell and Eric, I hope they are ready to make the counter case against Internal Affairs so the focus is on the team versus what Deeks did or didn’t do. I just hope they use this to make Densi stronger.
The (or one since I heard it might be a two-parter) IA ep should air on 11/9 according to CBS press on our set visit a few weeks ago…
