It seems that Jane Lynch is bringing a bit of “Glee” to the Emmys…but not with the “Glee” cast.
Lynch and producer Mark Burnett have a little something special planned to introduce some of the categories this year: their very own a capella group. The group, which has been named the Emmingtons, has some surprising names in it as well.
Joel McHale (Community), LL Cool J (“NCIS: Los Angeles”), Zachary Levi (“Chuck”), Taraji P. Henson (“Person of Interest”), Wilmer Valderrama (“Awake”), Kate Flannery (“The Office”) and Cobie Smulders (“How I Met Your Mother”) will all be members of the Emmingtons and will presumably be singing some a capella numbers to introduce certain elements of the show.
