Insider here. Back with some answers to a few of your questions. Thanks for your patience, by the way. It takes a while to find the answers to some of these questions.
Squeaky wheels first: Tomlogtom111 asked what kind of watch Callen and Sam wear. They both wear Luminox watches, Tom. I got a close look at Callen’s but couldn’t tell if it was an EVO model like you suggested. All it says is “Luminox” and on the back is says “Series 8800”. One of our props guys told me that Sam wears the same but that it’s the “Blackout” model. He mentioned that these watches are specifically designed for and issued to Navy SEALS which I think is pretty cool. Note: when the guys go undercover they use different watches that suit their “legend”.

Insider here. As we at NCIS: Los Angeles LOVE to remind everybody, it seems we’ve got the number one new show on television. As an additional bonus, it seems we’ve got the number one new SEX SYMBOL as well! No, not Chris or LL. These guys are already veterans in the practice of heart throbbery. The new hunk on the block turns out to be OPERATIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST NATE GETZ, played (quite successfully) by Peter Cambor.

The other day a friend of mine commented on how realistic the scenery on the show is and what a great job they do of making it look like “the real Los Angeles.” If you, like my friend, are curious as to how they get it to look so much like “the real Los Angeles” the secret is this: IT IS LOS ANGELES!
