Insider here! As you all probably know by now, the new official honorary member of the NCIS: Los Angeles team is none other than Monty, Deeks’ loyal canine companion and retired bomb-sniffing pooch. Not only is he winning over the NCIS: Los Angeles team on screen (even Sam!) but on the set as well. As an actor, Monty (his name off screen as well as on) is no freshman.

INSIDER here! Brace yourselves. New episodes of NCIS: Los Angeles start airing September twentieth (this Tuesday!) and from what I’ve seen so far, the show’s creators are taking no prisoners. We’ve been shooting for a few weeks and judging by all the action and intrigue going on in these opening episodes, I think their goal for this season is complete primetime domination.

Insider here! First off, on behalf of the crew I’d like to thank the students of Los Angeles City College for letting us use your parking lot the other day. We tried to be as unobtrusive as possible while shooting. Go Cubs!
Also, I’ve got a special message for Momreads, who posted back in January asking about a light khaki jacket that Kensi wears. Momreads, our good people in wardrobe tell me you’re probably thinking of Ms. Blye’s light green jacket.

Next up, Invisible357 asks what kind of backpacks Kensi and Deeks are wearing in their scene riding dirtbikes through the desert. They’re both wearing the Oakley AP Backpack 3.0. It’s really cool. I’m looking at one as I write this and its got tons of compartments, plenty metal buckles and handles, padded backing and straps, and best of all it looks cool when it gets all worn and dirty.
Speaking of Kensi and Deeks, NCISLArocks asks if the two will ever “get together”. First off, I love the name. And if by “get together” you mean “become romantically involved”, I honestly don’t know the answer to that one. If there is one, it’s hidden deep in the minds of our writers. I can, however, tell you there will be some pretty intense (romantic?) moments in the episodes to come. If this sounds cagey, then good. I don’t want to spoil what’s coming for anyone, but it’s BIG. If you want to know what I’m talking about, you’ll have to tune in so KEEP COMING BACK!
