Deeks would be a snowboarder, no doubt about that. Maybe halfpipe or slopestyle.
Callen has a good body for moguls, nice low center of gravity.
Sam – bobsled. He’s a great sprinter and a guy his size would provide some downward momentum for the sled, assuming a guy his size can fit into the sled.
Kensi…. Not too sure here. If it were the summer Olympics I’d say judo or some other combative sport. Maybe skeleton or luge to appeal to her thrill seeking side.

Callen would play hockey. No doubt; all that pushing & shoving…and it’s allowed.

Callen in the biathlon (bit of the lone wolf & sniperwork);
Kensi in the ski jumps, and
Sam would compete in the Skeleton.
[I didn’t want to hear you think Kensi & Deeks could be a perfect figure skating team!]
Instead, I pictured Nell&Eric in figure skating!
Or, as the fieldteam, they could be in the bobsleigh for four!
Callen:- down hill ski! cross country, (good shot) luge, curling(tacticle)

Eric:- snow board, half pipe.
Nell :- ice skating

Ice hockey:- Callen, Sam, Deeks,
Ice skating pairs:- Deeks , Kensie.
Bobsliegh:- Pairs, Sam, Callen.

How appropriate! The Winter Olympics. I think Callen and Sam would be great playing ice hockey. Callen and Kensi speed skating, Callen down hill skiing. The biathlon I think it is called where you cross country ski and shoot would again be good for both Kensi and Callen. Deeks would do snowboarding for sure and Eric and Nell would be good in ice dancing.

Deeks and Kensi Figure Skating (Pairs), Nell Curling or figure skating, Eric Arial Snowboarding, Callen Cross Country Skiing (suit his Lone Wolf Tendencies), Hetty and Granger Doubles in The Luge, Sam in Ice-Hockey (Always the team player), although I can see Deeks playing ice-hockey with Sam. I tink there was a reference to Deeks and Kensi ice-skating in Raven and the Swans at the hotel, which is why I thought of it for them.
