Three ideas come to mind:
1: Kensi and Deeks figure out a way to be partners and be a couple, instead of having to pick one or the other.
2: Callen finds out his name and his father’s location.
3: Someone is killing the former members of Sam’s Seals team, and Hetty and the gang have to figure out who to save Sam.
i hope kenzie and deeks can be both partners in the field and off the field to. i love the 2 of them

Writing in FanFiction makes all of this possible already, though those stories will never be used for real episodes of course!

That is a great question.
1. A serious tension arises between Sam and Callen because of something Callen did (Sam can’t relate to because of his Seal-thing). And this tension should take some time to be resolved.
2. Sams family is in danger and Callen is the one who saves them.
3. A great team case where they are all in danger because of a mistake/misjudgement Granger, Hetty or Nell and Eric did.

I would like to see more about Nell’s backstory, why Hetty chose her maybe. Also, anything about Callen’s story or even Hetty’s backstory is always good. I think it would be fun to see Hetty have to go undercover for something. See the master in action.

More about Deeks’ backstory, we find out why he really left the public defenders’ office and became a cop. Or we find out more about his childhood. Kensi explains herself about the punch – I know an apology is too much to expect from Kensi, but she should at least acknowledge that what she did was out of line.
We’d have lots of BigBro/KidBro with Sam and Deeks. Granger would borderline bad guy, but not too much.

Nell would be kidnapped from her apartment. A live video would be sent to Eric with a taunting timer. If the timer runs out, she will die. Eric has to a) figure out where she is based on the sights and sounds from the vid, b) figure out who is behind it, and c) help save her life while the others deal with the kidnapper’s goons by going into the field and actually shooting the kidnappers before he can harm Nell. Aftermath, too.

Or what about a natural disaster ep, like a tropical storm or an earthquake? It could be a team building/bonding thing, or just plain insanity.

3) Jack is not the WG, returns to LA and wants to make a fresh start with Kensi. In the season finale, they are getting married but Deeks is not at the ceremony because he can’t see the woman of his life getting married another man. He lives NCIS and returns to the LAPD. Before the wedding he gives Callen an envelope and asks him to give it to Kensi after the ceremony. At the end of the episode shootings start following, both Jack and Kensi get shot, Jack dies and Kensi may not get through the day. And all the suspicious are on Deeks. Finally his name is cleared, he retires from the LAPD and aplies to become an NCIS agent.
Personally I like the 3rd one.

My episode would be pretty normal I think. It would definitely be Callen -centric and it would have to do with him finding his father. Until that happens Callen will never find peace of mind and he will never be able to proceed with a normal life. He would discover that his father is alive and where he is. He would then go looking for him only to have trials and tribulations along the way. Of course Sam and the other members of his team would come to his rescue. I would love to see Callen reunited with his father if only for a moment. He must have his questions answered for him to lead a good life.

I’d like to know Hetty’s background with the Comescus and where her family is from(if the story she told Alexa) was true. And why Callen and Amy weren’t killed on the beach(other than it being a ‘mistake’). Feel like there’s so much more to tell about it that we’re missing. I’m watching Lange, H. right now and wish some of the blanks were filled.

I agree with so many ideas mentioned already here. However, FanFiction has become an amazing platform to fulfil our desires for Callen to find his family and name, Deeks and Kensi to be together and all live happily ever after.
But this is an action drama. Got to be a BOOM in it of course, that will have the team all gasping for air. Someone has to be kidnapped. Another field agent the team know and effects them all. Crossover with the D.C office of course so we get to see Gibbs and Callen work together again. While working on the case of finding their fellow agent and friend, someone from Hetty’s past comes out of the woodwork, revealing who Eric Beale really is. We’ve had nothing on Eric’s past, so it would be great to see how Hetty discovered Eric in the first place and why she puts up with his lack of dress sense. Fun question!

I would have an episode where Deeks and Nell are teamed together and get into a gunfight where Deeks is wounded and Nell saves him by shooting/killing her 1st bad guy. To she how Shaggy/Velma’s working relationship grows and also how Nell deals with the act of taking a life out in the field.

2. An op where some hidden talents are used like singing or dancing.
3. When do we meet other family members, say Eric’s family, Sam’s kid, or remeet Nell’s family-just face to face?
