This Monday on NCIS: Los Angeles (CBS, 10/9c), Deeks and Kensi get into a friendly dispute in the midst of working out — and then realize they have a perhaps not-so-friendly visitor.
In this week’s episode, “Fighting Shadows,” Deeks and Kensi (played by Eric Christian Olsen and Daniela Ruah) realize that the NCIS team knows about their relationship, when Hetty pairs them up with Callen and Sam, respectively.

Hmm.
A recent post on densiland claims that the woman taking pictures of them is a LAPD detective?! I wonder where they got that information from. But if it’s true, then wth?? With Deeks still being the NCIS/LAPD liaison the LAPD is among the very few organisations who have information on his whereabouts. So they would certainly be in a positon to track his general movements. Question is: Why would they track one of their own?
Or maybe this moment is what the jpkteaser saying ‘Who is tailing Kensi?’ was referring to…
Suggestions anyone?
Maybe someone from LAPD internal affairs, some inside investigation.
Deeks had been in many undercover operations, so maybe that.
Also don’t forget about his best friend Ray (ex criminal under witness protection), he was mentioned before, and we will seen him in soon.
This is maybe some pressure on Deeks (and indirectly at Kensi) finally get that stupid papers, and sign them.

Maybe LAPD wants Deeks back? Like, for some undercover works?
So, Hetty’s words to Deeks means “They(LAPD) will use everything they have(relationship between partners) against you(continuing liaison position)”
If so, to stop that happening, partner swapping makes sense a little more, maybe?

So we know she is LAPD, and whatever her reason on photographing Deeks is some type of police investigation. I do think this has something to do with Ray. He probable has been in contact with him. Maybe Ray is in trouble again, or someone has been using Deeks Alisas “Max Gentry”.
I’m wondering if they will revisit Deeks water boarding the cleric after he thought Kensi had been killed. He is a cop, no jurisdiction in Afghanistan, and well, that wasn’t cool. He did save the team’s lives on that op, and they could bring back Hassan Naveed from Allegiance to stand up for him, as well as the rest of the team. It would be good to have some closure.
