CBS’s sophomore hit series ‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ returns with a new episode that marks the surprise return of operational psychologist Nate Getz to the team. Or does it? The episode, ‘Lockup,’ finds LL Cool J’s character, Sam, going undercover as a prisoner to track down a terrorist group responsible for several bombings around the world. And when he’s on the inside, who shows up to lend a hand — none other than Nate.

As fans of ‘NCIS: LA’ know, Nate left the show after Episode 3 this season under mysterious circumstances. Was he really returning to work in the Middle East, or did Hetty send him on a secret mission?

@petercambor (NCIS: Los Angeles) and Derek Miller (Secret Girlfriend) will also star in the TBS pilot, The Wedding Band, along with Brian Austin Green and Lost star Harold Perrineau.

Band is an hourlong comedy that centers on a group of guys who try to escape the stress and chaos of their lives by performing in a wedding band. Led by best buddies — a bachelor and a married father of two — the band will not let anything get in the way of making each event memorable.

The project, which comes from FremantleMedia is executive produced by Tollin Productions (Smallville). Josh Lobis (South Park) and Darin Moiselle (South Park) penned the pilot and will serve as exec producers. Bryan Gordon (Curb Your Enthusiasm) will direct and co-exec produce the pilot.
