Three 10-week-old Chihuahuas born without front legs are currently receiving care through the MSPCA at Nevins Farm’s Foster Care Program. The MSPCA at Nevins Farm is one of four open admission adoption centers operated by the animal welfare organization, never turning away an animal in need.

“Kensi, Hetty, and G continue to show us that animals can overcome many of life’s difficulties if they are provided a chance,” Keiley added. “At the MSPCA we consistently provide thousands of chances each year that other organizations may not be equipped to handle including caring for animals suffering from severe trauma, in need of behavior rehabilitation, and life threatening illnesses. We urge residents to support the work of the few open admission adoption centers and shelters throughout Massachusetts.”
